“My wife and I recently drove to Hatch, NM from Albuquerque to buy some red chili. We planned on getting lunch in Hatch. We asked a local for a recommendation. They happily suggested the Oepper Pot. We are glad they did! Amazing New Mexico style food, great service, perfect location, and friendly prices. We will return!”

— Destini Walker“First time eating at Pepper Pot. Loved it. We ordered the kids taco plate (1 taco, refried beans, rice), a ground beef burrito with a side of refried beans, and 2 carne asada & avocado burritos. All burritos had a side of their green chile sauce for semothering. Everything was wonderful.”
